Limitations of use
You are not allowed to use the provided files to create new 3D objects, you are not allowed to reuse elements such as 3D meshes, UV textures and others to make new designs, and you are prohibited from distributing the provided files or variations of them to third parties in any way.
The .GLB file provided at the end of the service may only be used for the purpose for which it was contracted.
At the time of presenting the wearable in the marketplace, it must be obtained the tumbnail provided by PunkPink, which can be chosen by the buyer between one in which only the name of PunkPink appears or between the one that bears the PunkPink logo plus a logo /extra name at the request of the client, unless the buyer has chosen to pay for the "brand attribution removal option", in which no thumbnail is provided and the option to brand or not brand is left to the free choice of the customer customer.
The client undertakes to refer to PunkPink in the tweets that the client publishes in which any mention, image, video, gif of the wearable in question appears, through a link to PunkPink's profile on Twitter, unless they have chosen to pay by the “brand attribution removal option”.
For wearables that have not been contracted for the "brand attribution removal option", these may be exhibited and shown in all PunkPink media as their own creations or collaborative creations, both on the website and on social networks or other media.
Payments
Payment can be made with cryptocurrencies (ETH or MANA, on the Polygon network) or by bank transfer in USD or EUR.
50% of the payment must be made at the time of contracting, prior to the beginning of the work, the remaining 50% must be paid after a preview of the finished product is sent and the buyer is satisfied.
The product will be delivered in a .GLB file, it will only be sent after receiving the full amount to be paid.
Cancellations
No full or partial refunds will be made. Rejection of all previews will also not result in a refund, compensation, or further revision. Nor will any refund, either total or partial, or compensation be made in the event that the client decides to cancel the work or request a lower priced service after having delivered 50% of the total amount.
Legality
PunkPink reserves the right to refuse to provide services for any reason or to cancel an order at any time if the client attempts to direct the design in a direction that has not been initially agreed upon or that may violate the law.
PunkPink is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement that may occur, the client affirms that the requested design is a completely original idea and does not violate any law or moral or ethical code.
